I went through a recruiter phone screening first, and then the next few days I moved into interviews with two managers.

Those manager conversations leaned heavily on my technical experience—what I’d actually done, how I approached problems, and how my background matched the role.

After that, the following week included a coding session. The whole sequence felt like it was designed to validate both sides of the profile: the managerial part for understanding my experience and communication, and the coding round to directly test my ability.

The process didn’t end with an offer for me, but it felt orderly and well-paced compared to many other hiring flows I’d experienced.
