United Airlines Software Engineer interview experience

Because the position was contract-based, the whole hiring process felt quicker and more streamlined than other roles I’d gone through.

With only a single round, there wasn’t much time for anything beyond the core technical and role fit discussion. The difficulty felt average, and the format made the experience feel focused rather than drawn out.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the process itself stayed short, which I appreciated even though it didn’t work out for me.
