My interview process started with HR telling me there would be three rounds.

After the first technical round, I got an invitation for the next stage fairly quickly. Then everything stalled: the panel postponed the subsequent round twice, and I never got clear updates about when it would happen.

The frustrating part was that HR went quiet after that. I kept waiting for messages and timelines that never came, and eventually the uncertainty became the main problem—not the difficulty of the interviews themselves.

I didn’t get to the later stages as planned, and I ended up feeling ghosted after investing time into the initial step.
