My process had three rounds total: two technical rounds handled by an offsite U.S.

team and then an HR round. The two technical rounds leaned heavily on hands-on topics and my experience, with questions around Java, microservices, Spring Boot, design patterns, multi-threading, and both SQL and NoSQL. There was also some basic coding.

What I noticed most was that the interviewers pushed toward scenario-based questions—especially around microservices design—and they also asked about solving concurrent processing problems. The difficulty felt “average” overall, but the focus on real-world scenarios and concurrency made the interviews more demanding than just trivia.
