United Airlines Software Engineer interview experience

I had a recruiter call, then a 45-minute technical interview. After that, there was a call with the hiring manager and then a final conversation with a Director of Engineering.

Altogether it took almost a month to complete all the interviews. Once everything was done, I followed up by emailing both the recruiter and the hiring manager, and I never heard back. The experience left a sour feeling because it didn’t seem respectful of the time and effort I’d spent through the process.
