United Airlines Software Engineer interview experience

The format was heavily skills-matched, so the conversation stayed tied to what I claimed I could do.

What stood out was the expectation of deep knowledge. It wasn’t enough to mention experience on paper; I had to be ready to go into details from the projects and skill set described in my resume. The difficulty felt difficult largely because the questions required that level of real understanding.
