Under Armour Account Executive interview experience

I had a referral lined up, and it felt almost automatic—I was essentially brought in and hired on the spot. If I hadn’t had the referral, it sounded like they still focused on retail experience and quickly looked for someone who could work on the sales floor.

A big part of what they seemed to care about was scheduling flexibility, and that came through clearly in how they talked about the role. It didn’t feel competitive or heavy; it felt practical and straightforward. I ended up getting the job immediately after the referral process.
