My interview was held as a group session, which immediately made the atmosphere feel different from a traditional one-on-one.

I took turns answering the same question as the other people there, and it stayed pretty chill the whole time.

The questions were standard and low-stress, with a clear focus on availability. There wasn’t much pressure around preparation, and because it was conversational and informal, I felt more like I was participating in a straightforward screening than being tested. Overall, it was an easygoing experience, and it moved quickly from there.
