Leesburg, VAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with meeting people in a way that felt genuinely welcoming.

Everything was very upfront, and I didn’t feel like there were hidden steps or surprise requirements. The interview style matched that tone too—friendly, open, and comfortable.

Most of what I talked through was my interest and fit, and then it naturally shifted into logistics and availability. I left feeling like I understood what the role involved and that the conversation had been designed to be easy to navigate. I didn’t receive an offer afterward, but the experience itself felt positive and I’d characterize it as a smooth, no-drama process.
