Austin, TXPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a structured interview path that didn’t feel very deep—more like it followed standard questions than a real back-and-forth conversation.

The format was formal, but it didn’t leave much room for discussion, and I walked away wishing the role had been framed more clearly.

What surprised me was that there wasn’t much offered about the benefits of the position or a compelling explanation for why someone would want to join. The experience stayed fairly surface-level, and I didn’t receive an offer afterward. The whole thing left me feeling like I hadn’t learned enough about the role, despite the interview happening smoothly and within an organized structure.
