My first round wasn’t intense at all.

The interviewer asked basic questions about what made me stand out as a sales candidate, and then they pulled in how traits from other fields could carry over into sales. The conversation stayed at a fundamentals level rather than jumping into anything highly technical.

Even though it was comfortable, I still had to be crisp and specific about my background, because the interview centered on how I positioned myself and transferred experience. Overall it felt average in difficulty—low pressure, but still clearly trying to see whether I could articulate my sales readiness.
