My process started with a phone screen, and then I went through two interviews with BDR managers.

The pacing felt organized, and after those conversations I had a simulated phone call, which was the part that added the most realism to the process.

Once the simulated call was done, communication moved quickly and I felt updates were handled in a straightforward way. Overall it was an average-difficulty experience that felt smooth, and the process didn’t drag. I didn’t receive an offer, but the way the steps flowed—and how promptly I heard back—made the experience feel well-managed.
