The biggest issue for me was the structure and timing.

The process took too long and involved too many levels of different people, and the hiring manager I spoke with didn’t have the authority to make an offer. On top of that, the job description wasn’t clear enough, and the handoffs felt messy.

What threw me off most was that a verbal offer wasn’t treated as valid, so nothing felt concrete even after I thought things were moving forward. Overall the difficulty was average, but the process felt inefficient and unstable from a decision-making standpoint.
