San Francisco, CAPosted Jun 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two separate phone interviews, and then I hit multiple written or oral take-home style exercises. After those, there were several long, hour-long phone calls where we walked through details of the position and my answers. It wasn’t a quick screen-and-go; it required several days of work just to complete the exercises.

The pressure came less from the conversations and more from the total workload and time commitment. Eventually I had to decline the offer because the pay was unacceptably low for what the process demanded. Even though I didn’t take it, the experience still ended
