This UBS Financial Analyst screening felt mostly fair and culture-aware, but the timed cognitive/intuition parts were more daunting.

Psychometric test (culture + cognition) — I completed a psychometric stage where culture/values alignment was emphasized.
Timed cognitive/intuition components — The cognitive and intuition sections were timed and had right/wrong answers, which felt harder. Outcome: I didn’t continue past the psychometric test, and the takeaway was that the culture fit was clear, while the timed thinking components were the main challenge.
