I went through a HireVue-type screen followed by a superday that mixed technical discussion with current-news analysis.

HireVue / recorded interview — an initial asynchronous step.
Superday with senior team members — I covered standard technical topics with more senior members.
Market/news discussion — I discussed company or news I found interesting as part of the conversation. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that staying informed and connecting news to your thinking mattered alongside the technical basics.
