I interviewed for UBS Financial Analyst in a formal, efficient process that combined technical and behavioral questions with a brief case-study style exercise.

Interview with analyst/associate + executives — I was interviewed by an analyst/associate and multiple executives; the discussion included a mix of technical questions, personality questions, and motivation.
Brain teasers — 1 to 2 questions.
Sample case study — a short sample case study segment lasting about 20 minutes. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that I needed both technical grounding and comfort with case-style thinking under structured conditions.
