I interviewed for UBS Financial Analyst with an early culture/cognitive step, then a video interview, followed by a short superday.

Culture match + cognitive assessment — an initial fit/cognitive screen.
HireVue — a video interview round.
Superday — received a superday invitation a few weeks to a few months later; it involved two back-to-back ~30-minute conversations with different people. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that fit and cognitive screening likely determined whether I progressed quickly to live interviews.
