I went through a fairly structured UBS Financial Analyst journey with multiple 1-on-1s and then case-heavy steps before meeting senior leadership.

1-on-1s with associates/directors — Three separate interviews with associates or directors.
Take-home case study — A take-home case, followed by preparation for a later interaction.
Superday: presentation + modelling — I presented the case and completed a modelling test.
Senior team interview — I then spoke with senior leaders (including a managing director and the head for Asia). Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that they evaluated me across case work, modelling, and structured conversations with senior stakeholders.
