For this UBS Financial Analyst application, the rounds moved from a video interview into an assessment centre with a technical commercial focus.

HireVue — I completed an online recorded interview.
Assessment centre — I then attended a stage with a case study plus separate interviews: a competency interview and a commercial interview.
Commercial interview (technical) — The commercial portion was described as quite technical, with very specific questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the commercial interview demanded precise, detailed thinking beyond general behavioural discussion.
