Uber Account Executive interview experience

My interview process turned out to be long and pretty demanding—six different interviews total.

The most stressful component was a pitch deck I had to create myself from scratch, and it didn’t feel like something I could partially reuse; I had to build it fully.

Even so, the people I spoke with were genuinely great throughout. Each step felt like it was staffed by someone who was engaged, and that made the workload easier to handle emotionally, even when the preparation itself was heavy.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I still felt like the experience had effort behind it. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t the conversations—it was the amount of independent prep required
