I went through a three-step interview sequence that felt classic and pretty job-realistic.

The first part was with HR, then I met a manager, and the process ended with a case. The case was built around the account-manager work itself: I had to work through data and make decisions based on what I was given.

What I liked most was that the roleplay and case felt like they were actually trying to mirror the day-to-day challenge of the job, not just test buzzwords. It was still demanding, but it was also enjoyable in a way that didn’t feel random. I finished the steps as scheduled, and overall it felt like a thoughtful process rather than a trick—just one I ultimately didn’t convert
