Uber Account Executive interview experience

Hard

Negative

United StatesPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a scheduled phone interview that never actually happened.

The recruiter didn’t call at the appointed time, and when I reached out to reschedule, the response felt dismissive—they ignored me and canceled the rescheduled call.

What made it especially frustrating was that they had reached out to me first. The whole thing felt unprofessional rather than like a scheduling mishap, and it put me in a position where I had no real chance to show up and interview.

I didn’t move forward at all, and the experience was difficult mainly because of how the communication broke down. I left with a pretty negative impression of the process right away.
