Uber Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

CicagnaPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt genuinely broken for me because I showed up expecting an interview and nobody ended up joining the call.

It didn’t make sense why they had me scheduled at all, and the whole thing left me unsure whether I was being considered or whether something had simply gone wrong.

I didn’t proceed further and didn’t receive an offer. The experience was so negative because there was no real interaction—just a missed interview and no follow-through.

My reflection was that it was hard to take the process seriously once the meeting itself didn’t happen, especially since we had already had a time agreed.
