My process started normally: I had a first interview, then I had the second one scheduled.

After that, things fell apart. HR eventually ghosted me even after I followed up, and the communication felt poor and inconsistent.

It was especially disappointing because it came from a large organization with a dedicated HR function, so I expected more follow-through. I never got a clear explanation or a real update about what had happened. By the time I realized nothing was coming, it left me feeling like the process didn’t respect the time I’d invested.
