Turner Construction Software Engineer interview experience

They asked about whether I was willing to travel, and they also wanted to understand my past experience in the construction industry.

The call also covered why I wanted to work with Turner Construction and what skills I would bring to the role. Interestingly, salary expectations didn’t come up, which made the conversation feel more about fit and availability than negotiation.
