Turner Construction Software Engineer interview experience

The first one was a quick screening call that lasted about 30 minutes, then I moved into an in-person segment that stretched closer to an hour.

The in-person part was more involved than I expected: it was three separate one-on-ones with different engineers at the company. The whole thing felt organized and focused on understanding my background rather than trying to trick me with anything abstract. By the time I finished all three conversations, I had a pretty solid picture of what the technical team valued and how I’d fit in day to day.
