I found out about the role through a campus career fair, and that kicked off a two-part interview sequence.

The first round was extremely short—15 minutes with two people—and it started with general questions about myself, then quickly moved into three behavioral questions.

After that first screen, they brought me into a second round that was panel-based. The whole structure felt fast-paced, but it was still focused on how I handled real examples from my experience rather than testing technical knowledge. I didn’t end up getting the position, but the format itself was pretty clear and consistent.
