Turner Construction Software Engineer interview experience

Communication felt straightforward and clear during the meetings.

What bothered me afterward was the lack of follow-through—after the interview, they didn’t reach out to let me know I hadn’t gotten the position. I eventually learned without a proper closing conversation, and that made the process feel incomplete even though the actual interviews themselves were organized.
