Turner Construction Software Engineer interview experience

There was an introductory talk that welcomed us in, and the whole atmosphere felt laid back—almost like a conversation rather than a hard assessment. After that, I met with a few staff members and we talked through my background.

The questions stayed fairly straightforward, and the setting didn’t feel hostile or overly formal. I felt like the interviewers were trying to get a real sense of me, not just run a script.

After about a week, I got an offer. Looking back, what I remember most is how comfortable the environment made it feel even though I was still being evaluated.
