I didn’t apply directly through a normal pipeline—I got contacted by HR through Naukri.

They looked at my current role, aligned it with what they were looking for, and then arranged an interview.

What made the process frustrating was the scheduling. The interview was rescheduled three separate times, and none of the changes felt like they were communicated with enough notice. Even though the initial contact was straightforward, that back-and-forth made the timeline feel unstable and added a lot of uncertainty. I ultimately didn’t receive an offer.
