I applied through the Turing portal and then waited for online assessment links to arrive.

Once I got them, I had to complete a hands-on assessment and also an MCQ section. After I successfully finished those, I received an interview link.

The live interview itself was conducted by a third party. The process felt fairly straightforward and staged like a pipeline: apply, do the hands-on and MCQs, and then move to the interview step. Overall it felt more procedural than chaotic, and the main focus was clearly on proving I could handle the practical and multiple-choice parts before moving forward.
