California City, CAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was a lot more intense than I expected.

The vetting process stretched across multiple stages and totaled five rounds that included profile creation and adding experience, plus a behavioral section, a communication check, and time spent choosing a tech stack. Then it shifted into problem solving and coding, and there was also a bar-raiser step.

What really weighed on me was what happened after I thought the recruiting stage was ending. After joining a team, there was a performance check period of about ten days, and the way it was described left a strong impression that if things didn’t go well, it could trigger an exit call.
