Turing Software Engineer interview experience

The first round was focused on questions about my previous projects, along with Java, Docker, and Git. There was also one basic coding question included, but it didn’t feel like the main hurdle.

What they cared about most was whether I had hands-on experience with Docker, so the conversation kept circling back to that.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process was short and fairly direct—project and tooling discussion first, then a simple coding checkpoint.
