Los Angeles, CAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt intentionally streamlined, and I noticed right away that communication wasn’t guaranteed if I wasn’t selected.

If I wasn’t shortlisted, I wouldn’t get updates, and I could basically end up waiting without any clear message.

If I did get shortlisted, the timing was much clearer: I would hear back in about 2–3 working days. After that, the next step was an interview before any contract discussion.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience was still consistent in the way it moved—fast once I cleared the gate, and quiet if I didn’t.
