I previously worked with this company for about two years, so my experience of the interview process felt like it had a recognizable pattern.

The early stages were mostly basic questions, and then the questions ramped up into more technical territory as the interview progressed.

What stood out most was the overall vibe of being direct and straightforward: they wanted clear answers and an honest demonstration of what I actually knew.

My impression is that the process was fairly structured and predictable, and even though this recount doesn’t mention a specific round-by-round outcome, it matched the idea of progressing from fundamentals to technical depth.
