Los Angeles, CAPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Once I finished my vetting process, everything just stalled.

It took roughly four months before any meaningful match happened, and there was still no match at all during that time.

I did have one interview task with a company that went great, but even after that, there was no real follow-up for months. The silence made it feel like my progress didn’t move into the next stage in any reliable way.

In the end I didn’t get an offer. What stuck with me was how long the inactivity lasted even after a positive interview task—everything felt late and disconnected from what I assumed would happen next.
