My process ended up taking about a month overall and felt unusually smooth.

I went through a handful of steps that included a recruiter-style call, then a technical round, followed by a video interview and a sample.

Even though it was lengthy, it didn’t feel hectic—communication and the flow of rounds stayed steady from start to finish. By the time everything wrapped up, the overall impression I had was that the schedule was drawn out, but the experience itself was controlled and not stressful. I didn’t get an offer, though the process felt orderly rather than messy.
