After applying, I went straight into an online assessment that walked me through three difficulty tiers—easy, medium, and hard.

I had to keep my camera and audio on and also share my screen while I answered. The whole setup felt pretty straightforward, and I could tell they were trying to gauge my ability progressively.

Once I submitted, I was told I should receive feedback to move on to the next phase. I didn’t end up getting an offer from this path, but the process itself was clear about the fact that advancement depended on what came back after the assessment.
