The first round started with an interview about my resume using an AI bot, which felt a bit unusual compared to a human recruiter screen.

After that, I had a coding problem evaluated automatically.

The biggest problem for me was the coding environment itself. The interface was so poor that I couldn’t easily see compilation errors, and it also didn’t clearly show syntax mistakes while I was writing code. That made the whole exercise more frustrating than the actual algorithmic thinking, because I was guessing what was wrong instead of getting immediate, visible feedback.

The process didn’t lead to an offer, and honestly the UI issues threw me off more than the difficulty of the problem.
