Turing Data Scientist interview experience

First I had to clear website tests as an initial filter. After that, I moved to a second interview conducted by an interviewing company, mostly associated with RiseBird. It felt like a gatekeeping stage where they were checking whether I matched the role requirements.

The part that stood out most was the third stage. After passing the earlier interviews, I had to work as a temporary worker for about 1–2 weeks to see if I would fit. Only if that went well would the contract start. Overall, it felt difficult and heavy on commitment rather than just conversation, and I didn’t receive an offer.
