My first contact felt easy and fast, and the interviewer came across as genuinely nice.

The conversation made me feel comfortable rather than interrogated, and it leaned toward confirming that I met the minimum requirements.

Once that conversation was done, I was left waiting for a role to open with one of their clients. Nothing complicated happened beyond that—no long technical gauntlet was described as part of this particular step.

I didn’t end up with an offer from what I experienced at that time. What stayed with me was the initial tone: friendly, low-pressure, and focused more on fit and requirements than on hard problem-solving right then.
