Turing Software Engineer interview experience

The process included both technical and behavioral rounds, and the whole experience tested more than just coding—it also probed problem-solving and how I approached collaboration and fit.

The team came across as professional, and when feedback was shared, it felt constructive rather than vague. Overall it left me with a positive impression, largely because the process itself stayed organized and the communication made it easier to focus on performing.
