Ireland2021 interview · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a colloquium back in 2021 that started with a very easy JavaScript test, which I passed with a perfect score.

After that, I joined a conference call with members of the staff.

The overall impression wasn’t very inspiring. It felt like the company was a bit strange to me, and the vibe didn’t really click during the conversation.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself was straightforward—test first, then staff call—and the main takeaway was about my lack of connection with the organization.
