Turing Software Engineer interview experience

Some of those were multiple-choice, while others were coding challenges, so I bounced between recall-style questions and actual problem solving.

After those technical assessments, I had a recorded soft-skills interview. The format was strict: I had about 60 seconds to prepare for each question, and once the recording started automatically, I had only one shot. That one-shot pressure was the hardest part emotionally, because there wasn’t any room to redo a response if I tripped up.
