My HR experience was long and unusual compared to typical behavioral interviews.

There was an HR interview, then a discussion with someone for onboarding, and it stretched to about 90 minutes.

During the onboarding conversation, I discussed working-hour contracts and details around the agreement. There was also a separate manager discussion and even an odd prompt about how many bananas someone should eat in an hour, which was clearly meant to gauge reasoning more than anything technical. Overall it was an average-difficulty experience, but it was memorable for how it mixed formal contract topics with a playful logic question.
