The overall process felt smooth, and I really liked that I could complete the tests at my own pace.

That flexibility made the experience less stressful and helped me stay focused.

At the same time, it dragged a bit for me. Even though it ran smoothly, it felt longer and more time-consuming than I expected, and that made the process feel heavier overall.

I finished it, but I didn’t end up receiving an offer. My honest reflection was that the format was considerate, yet the total time investment didn’t work in my favor emotionally.
