Turing Software Engineer interview experience

It was purely about competence in solving problems and debugging, with less emphasis on lots of unrelated topics.

The difficulty felt medium overall, especially if someone could already code comfortably. What I liked was that it concentrated on the kind of work that feels directly connected to engineering—writing working logic and fixing issues.

Even with that clear focus, I didn’t receive an offer. My takeaway was that the interview aligned well with practical problem-solving, but I still wasn’t able to convince them in the final evaluation.
