I got pulled into a Jump Start virtual conference experience that doubled as an evaluation.

The sequence started with a 50-question test, and once I completed that section, I unlocked a code challenge.

The coding challenge required more than just doing the work—I also had to upload my curriculum as part of getting to the next step. At that point, I stopped progressing further, so I never got a full “human interview” arc out of it.

There wasn’t a clear end result described beyond where I reached in the pipeline. Still, the process felt like it was intentionally gated: finish the test, unlock the challenge, and then continue from there only after I provided the curriculum upload.
