MexicoPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed with an employee over video call in English.

Before any questions started, they requested my ID to verify my identity, which made the process feel formal and procedural. After that, the session lasted about an hour total.

First came around 15 minutes of technical questions about my tech stack and then more role-relevant technical topics. After that, I had about 30 minutes to solve a coding challenge in SQL and Python. The challenge was concrete and time-bound, so it was less about broad discussion and more about execution under pressure. I didn’t end up with an offer.
